9 months

9 months brought us a lot of changes... she can now take tiny steps while holding on to my fingers and can pull herself up to standing. She can say dada, mama and I swear she says baby when she sees pictures of babies. Needless to say our days are very active! If you want to get her to sit still for a moment its not to hard, just turn on Yo Gabba Gabba or Sesame Street.

For those of you out there without babies, yes I am posting this on New Years Eve, I then plan on taking a much needed shower and getting to bed by 9:30 because I promised Mike a morning of sleeping in so I will be up with Odie bright and early tomorrow!!

8 Months

We now have teeth! Two little bottom teeth popped up and more are on their way. Odesa is crawling now & she can go from belly to sitting on her own. We also met Santa this month! We now go to Gymboree once a week and love it.

7 months

Odesa is 7 months old!!!

Busy Bee

Odesa has been busy busy lately, between photo shoots, weddings and play dates we are keeping her schedule booked!

6 Months!

Odesa is already half way to her first birthday!!  She now weighs 17 pounds & is 26 1/2 inches long....which means she has grown 8 inches & gained 11 pounds in just 6 months!

Odie is officially 5 months old.  Adding to her list of skills is sitting up, she balances herself with her hands on the floor, luckily she is flexible!  She is also rolling over both ways and we cant keep up with her babbling, for only being alive for 5 months she sure has a lot to say!  

She made her first visit to San Diego & finally met Frank & Ryan.  She hung out on the beach for awhile, in the shade of course.  The water was too cold to get in but she still had fun.  She also had her first taste of food when she grabbed the plum mom was eating and shoved into her mouth!

This month Odesa has been very active and vocal.  Her favorite new toys are her feet, she can grab them and put them in her mouth.  She puts everything in her mouth now that she can hold objects well.  She has also mastered rolling from her belly to her back.  Everyone says she is teething but we still haven't seen a tooth, hopefully soon because teething is rough.  Odesa really enjoys hanging out with her cousins, no matter how cranky she is they always make her smile.  She discovered TV & loves Baby Einstein movies and is now sleeping 8+ hours a night in the crib!  

Mommy's Staying Home

Its official, Mommy quit her job to stay home with Odesa.  Since mommy didnt have to go to work in the morning, Odie celebrated by partying all night long.

4th of July and the Jumperoo

Odesa missed the fireworks since they were past her bedtime but she still had a great 4th with her cousins.  She even dipped her toes in the pool.  Odesa's jumperoo finally came as well, thank you Aunt Mindy & Aunt Marsha!  We have been waiting for this ever since we saw Elina's.  She is a little short for it but still enjoys it.
